新華網消息 臺聯合報發表23日分析文章認為，在百案齊爆的不利因素下，陳水扁出怪招，揚言控告美國政府。陳水扁打算引發國際關注，他被長期羈押的事實，但“告洋狀”也無法掩飾扁家“無所不貪”的犯行，陳水扁打算用政治動作轉移司法焦點，最後可能鬧成貽笑國際的醜聞。 搶在扁案移審高院審理庭之前，陳水扁“告洋狀”的動作正盤算著如何一箭雙雕。對外，扁打算引進國際勢力對馬政府施壓，如果美國法庭受理告訴，他就能光明正大地訴求要到美國出庭，“引外力”解除司法羈押；對內，扁不斷訴求臺灣主權，進一步號召“獨派”挺扁力道。 |
扁式花招一窮二白，大家都知道這終究只是政治幌子，說穿了，陳水扁目的就是希望解除羈押、重獲自由。
然而，特偵組昨晚對“機密外交”案以貪污罪偵結起訴，無疑是對扁當頭棒喝。特偵組指出，陳水扁涉嫌侵佔“外交部”提供“元首出訪”的零用金，匯往海外供兒子陳致中留學私用，出訪11次，共侵佔公款33萬美金。
陳水扁計劃著“告洋狀”的同時，應該要考慮這些見不得人的事，是不是也要同時公諸國際？
一審宣判後不久，陳水扁原本還信誓旦旦地說，“我要在二審時全力打好司法官司”，但過不到幾天，陳水扁又恢復政治狂徒的本性。
